The hotel is conveniently located, with many good restaurants nearby and attractions such as Koutubiya and Jame El fna just a 20-minute walk away. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even preparing breakfast early for us. They also kept the place clean and were helpful with laundry.

Some guests had issues with the caretaker, who was at times unhelpful and rude.

I absolutely loved the beautiful Moroccan decor in this apartment. The vibrant colors and intricate patterns really added to the overall charm of the place. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to move around comfortably. Additionally, the location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions like the Majorelle Gardens and Marrakesh Plaza just a short walk away.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff during my stay. The children working there seemed to lack knowledge about the local area and weren't very helpful in providing recommendations or assistance.

The cleanliness of the hot tub and bathroom could have been better. the decor of the room was outdated and in need of renovation.

The spacious terrace with a private hot tub was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed relaxing in the tub while taking in the beautiful views of Marrakesh. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a kitchen with everything we needed. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a great bonus as we were able to stay connected throughout our stay. The private entrance added an extra level of convenience and made us feel like we had our own little oasis in the city.

Personally, we found the bathroom to be a bit small for our family's needs. However, others might still find it perfectly adequate.

We initially stayed in a shabby, noisy apartment but decided to take an upgrade at twice the cost. The upgraded apartment was fantastic - comfortable, well-furnished, and beautifully arranged. The cable television and air conditioning were great amenities, and having a refrigerator and kitchen was convenient. Additionally, the staff member named Mohammed was extremely helpful, assisting us with taxi services and even accompanying us to the train station. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and helpful staff.

the location was excellent, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the apartment itself was spacious. the guardian, Ahmed, was friendly and always ready to assist. the wifi was reliable, and there was even a jacuzzi available for a small fee. the kitchen was well-equipped with a full-sized fridge, gas hob, and possibly an oven. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.
